Eric is a Cincinnati native who graduated from Finneytown High School in 2004 and then attended Northern Kentucky University and Cincinnati State. He resides in Deerfield Township with his two boys and wife, all who played a pivotal role in guiding him toward his current career path. During his free time, Eric enjoys coaching his boys in their various sports, fishing and more.
Eric’s journey into the home inspection industry began after a short, but impactful, experience in the fire service. With a desire to continue serving his community by helping homeowners maintain safe and secure living environments, he linked up with a local home inspector who provided invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship for eight years.
After more than 2,000 solo inspections and a desire to offer the most innovative and educational inspection experience, Eric founded Level Up Home Inspections. More than a business, it’s a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.
